(1) This paper counting machine is the flagship product of our company's intelligent high-end equipment. It is intelligent device for automatic paper counting and label insertion. It includes industrial computer with 10.2 inch touch color screen for convenient human-computer interaction and stable and low noise imported brand high-end servo motor.

(2) It performs max 2500 sheets/min counting speed. It can count all kinds of conventional paper accurately and at high speed, but the special paper not included.

(3)  It supports modes of paper equal division and customized division. In the customized mode, 999 program groups can be stored, and each group can put 999 data units. In equal division mode, circularly and   appointing paper label insertion functions are supported. In customized division mode, program with random data of paper label is supported.

(4) This paper counting machine supports balancing hardware adjustment free function. It just needs one button click and the balance adjustment job is finished by system software when the machine is moved.

(5)  The paper counting machine supports the function of air pressure hardware adjustment free. It just needs one button click and the air pressure hardware adjustment job is finished by system software when the specification of paper is changed.

(6)  It supports Self failure diagnosis function. Customer could clearly get the failure information on the screen.
